“We wanted a new kitchen and our dining space was poorly planned, and having a great view of Puget Sound, the front of our house was very dated. Ken saw the possibilities to remedy all of this with one remodel and a tight budget. By opening a wall between the kitchen and adding an eating island, plus redoing the front entrance with an open gable and view deck complete with French sliders to our new dining area, Ken tied it all together.
The “at-cost” investment for all of this and the greatly enhanced street appeal gave us even more equity in our home.”
