“The three acres we had to build on allowed for a daylight basement. Ken helped us design an open-concept rambler with an attached two-car garage/shop on a very tight budget. We wanted to simply hire a builder to do this, but their bids were 20 to 30% higher than we could afford. UBuildIt made our home possible, and we were able to complete it with a beautiful kitchen, dining room, master suite, and spacious deck, leaving the daylight basement unfinished till later. We could control our priorities!”
