Everett Kitchen (Rose)

“We had a small, old, dark knotty pine kitchen in a rambler with a great Puget Sound view in Everett. We needed to do handicap accessibility for bathrooms and bedrooms. Ken enlarged our kitchen, moved the laundry room upstairs, made all doors 36 inches wide, remodeled the main bath, and created a master suite shower. The kitchen and laundry have cork floors and Corian counters, and the eating nook has a new view bay window. We did an all-new architectural composite roof as well.

During a second phase of our new work, Ken designed and helped us finish a 1,300 square foot multilevel terraced view deck.

Each of these projects we did through HomeStyling Design and UBuildIt, saving us builder markups while we ran the administration of the jobs guided step by step by Ken’s consultants.”
