“We lived in San Francisco when we hired Ken to design our retirement home in Ballard. We also hired his consulting company to guide us through construction. We went traditional outside, but inside we wanted ‘European contemporary’ open spaces with lots of daylight. Ken got all of that for us, including an amazing floating stairway! We couldn’t be happier: Our relationship with Ken’s staff now is like family.”
